💼 About This Role

You'll join CGS to support government legal accounts by ensuring availability of e-discovery applications. You'll administer systems, monitor performance, and assist with technical architecture. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge government technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure day-to-day availability of e-discovery applications and related tools.
• Administer and monitor installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and application software.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Liaise with vendors to address product issues.

📋 Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience with Relativity or Veritas eDP.
• Ability to install and manage Microsoft Server 2019/2022.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022.
• Ability to operate cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure or AWS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM.
• Experience with reverse engineering and documenting legacy systems.
• Experience with data migrations and application integration.
