🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end program delivery from planning to execution
• Support initiatives that improve customer retention and renewals efficiency
• Coordinate alignment across Renewals, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans and stakeholder updates

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience supporting post-sales operations in a SaaS organization
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives involving multiple operational teams
• Advanced level of English

• Technical writing and project management experience
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or Confluence
