- Define and evolve the global support center operating model
- Lead a team of 150+ across IT, HR, Talent, and Finance
- Manage hiring lifecycle and onboarding with Talent team
- Oversee cross-charge billing and year-on-year cost reviews
π Requirements
- 12+ years in global support/operations management
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience managing large teams in a global matrix environment
- Strong expertise in IT support and backend operations
