You'll own fulfillment operations at a warehouse operator partner site, driving SLA performance and quality standards. As the key link between Faire and the operator, you'll lead continuous improvement and manage escalations. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape Faire's fulfillment infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day fulfillment performance and SLA targets
• Conduct quality audits and drive root cause analysis
• Manage escalations and maintain structured issue logs
• Build collaborative relationship with warehouse operator leadership

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in warehouse or fulfillment operations
• 2+ years in on-site or senior floor leadership role
• Direct experience managing 3PL/operator relationships at scale
• Proven track record improving operational KPIs in high-volume fulfillment

• Experience with large-scale fulfillment operators
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or CI methodology
• Background in marketplace or B2B fulfillment contexts
