You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans as a Hot Topic Sales Associate. Your core impact is helping customers find the merch they love while keeping the store visually appealing. You'll share your fandom knowledge and work the register to drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, and fixture updates.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 16 years of age to join the team.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
