• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
• Ability to merchandise product and handle boxes up to 50 pounds.
