Description

You will support our North-American Retail go-to-market sales team by managing hardware forecasts, processing applications, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with account updates. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home role based in the Philippines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role
  • Stellar time management and organization skills
  • Remarkable communication skills
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales operations with hardware forecasts to minimize stock outages/backorders
  • Support sales teams with data entry for applications and submitting supporting documentation
  • Monitor existing applications through lifecycles to ensure successful boarding of new merchants
  • Process updates to existing accounts (address, banking, ownership changes)
  • Maintain accurate records in company CRM
