Description
You will support our North-American Retail go-to-market sales team by managing hardware forecasts, processing applications, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with account updates. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home role based in the Philippines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role
- Stellar time management and organization skills
- Remarkable communication skills
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
Responsibilities
- Provide sales operations with hardware forecasts to minimize stock outages/backorders
- Support sales teams with data entry for applications and submitting supporting documentation
- Monitor existing applications through lifecycles to ensure successful boarding of new merchants
- Process updates to existing accounts (address, banking, ownership changes)
- Maintain accurate records in company CRM
