💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and ensure their success, while also supporting daily operations and meeting sales targets. This role lets you use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
