You'll provide post-sale technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Delinea's identity security platform. You'll document cases and create knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency. This role offers remote work in the UK with a global, innovative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide post-sale technical support to customers and partners
• Assess and document reported customer issues
• Formulate and communicate resolution plans
• Develop knowledge base articles and pre-written responses

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant technical support engineering experience
• 5 years of IT and system administration experience
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or other OS scripting languages
• Ability to work on-call hours as assigned

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, or Turkish
• Prior or current security clearance
