💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate healthcare for refugees and immigrants, arranging screenings and connecting clients to providers. You'll create care plans and ensure follow-through on health goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Arrange health screenings for new arrivals and guide follow-up care
• Create and monitor Plans of Care for care coordination clients
• Build relationships with medical providers and maintain resource lists
• Assist clients with health insurance navigation and pharmacy access

📋 Requirements

• Mature Christian faith aligned with World Relief's mission
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to travel regularly, including driving a 15-passenger van
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish, Arabic, or Swahili fluency
• Cross-cultural or public health experience
• Four-year degree from an accredited university
