Description

You'll lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch, bridging technical and business teams at a cannabis wholesale platform. You'll oversee complex projects, utilize Agile methodologies, and leverage AI and data insights to deliver innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's or PMP/Agile preferred
• Minimum 4 years in technical project management or deep engineering with business aptitude
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana) and software development languages
• Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern frameworks (React, Node, Next.js), and Figma
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; Agile/Scrum experience

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones using Agile methodologies
• Provide technical guidance in Product Requirements documentation and evaluate technologies
• Act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business terms to technical concepts
• Leverage AI tools and direct SQL queries for customer insights and continuous improvement
