You'll own end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing home health agency ranked a Top Workplace. You'll partner with the Talent Acquisition Director to develop strategies that attract top clinical talent and support company expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies with the Director.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and social sourcing strategies.
• Healthcare or home health recruitment experience highly desired.

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
