🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end greenfield Dynamics 365 implementations
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
• Configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 applications
• Design and implement voice/telephony integrations
• Develop integrations using Power Platform and Azure services

📋 Requirements

• Dynamics 365 Finance and/or CRM implementation experience
• Dynamics 365 voice or telephony integration expertise
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) knowledge
• API and Azure integration services experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
• Experience with Teams Voice, Azure Communication Services, or enterprise CTI
