You'll lead IT and clinical systems reliability for a fast-growing virtual care clinic supporting 10,000+ daily telemedicine visits. You'll own the operational performance, incident management, and scalability of systems that power clinical and corporate operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own reliability and uptime across all clinician-facing systems
• Build and operationalize incident command framework and response playbooks
• Drive proactive monitoring to minimize downtime and disruption
• Ensure seamless integrations across clinical, operational, and business systems
• Lead and mentor teams across Corporate IT, Clinical IT, and Informatics

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in IT or Technical Operations in healthcare
• Experience managing mission-critical systems supporting real-time operations
• Proven success with 10,000+ daily transactions in digital health environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AthenaHealth and other EHR platforms
• Background in incident management and operational reliability
