You'll drive transformational partnerships with enterprise technology companies to unlock revenue growth for Cartesia, an AI foundation model startup. You'll operationalize partnerships with enterprise leaders and develop joint go-to-market strategies. This role focuses on enabling commercial partners through technical training and adoption initiatives.

  • Operationalize partnerships with enterprise technology leaders
  • Cultivate relationships with business development leaders and sales teams
  • Create roadmap for partnership initiatives with KPIs and metrics
  • Attend and organize partner events like enablements and conferences
  • Design and deliver technical training programs for partner engineering teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“8+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Enterprise Account Management
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen driving adoption and revenue growth
  • Operational program design skills (onboarding, certification, QBRs)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Understanding of foundational AI model capabilities and enterprise AI adoption
  • Proven track record of structuring innovative deals (joint GTM, product partnerships, revenue sharing)
