Description

You will lead the mechanical design and development of fluid systems for Panthalassa's Node, an ocean energy device. This role involves hands-on design work, building and managing a team, and collaborating with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure reliable performance in harsh ocean conditions.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, aerospace, naval architecture, marine, or related engineering
• Extensive experience designing fluid system components from various materials
• Proficiency in CAD and simulation software
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Node fluid systems design across all program stages
• Build and scale fluid system design team
• Conduct design reviews and interface with fabricators and vendors
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence
• Oversee engineering releases using drawings and GD&T
