💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team responsible for how Unity runs on mobile, console, desktop, and web. You'll balance long-term strategic bets with rigorous technical execution to support a global hardware ecosystem. This role stands out as a player-coach opportunity where you'll personally negotiate with global hardware partners and drive AI-assisted workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for Unity's platform support across hardware ecosystems.
• Personally author high-stakes strategy documents and dive into technical specifications.
• Negotiate platform deals with hardware partners alongside Business Development.
• Navigate complex trade-offs across product and engineering organizations.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leading product strategy and shipping complex technical products.
• Ability to engage on APIs, rendering pipelines, and hardware abstraction.
• Experience managing high-stakes external partner relationships.
• Track record of untangling complex dependencies to ship products.
