🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice on sales, compliance, and partner agreements across Latin America
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial and public sector contracts
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance and risk management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, compliance, and business teams

📋 Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited institution and qualification to practice
• 8+ years of legal experience combining law firm and in-house roles
• Experience supporting sales organizations and channel/partner ecosystems
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating public sector and government-related agreements

• Understanding of compliance, antitrust, privacy, and IP licensing
• Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
