💼 About This Role

You'll join the XP Future program, a training initiative for professionals transitioning into investment advisory. You'll receive full support to obtain CPA-20 certification and become a high-income segment advisor within one year. This role offers a solid career track at Brazil's largest independent financial institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise clients on investment portfolio construction
• Analyze external allocations and create comparative studies
• Monitor market trends and economic updates
• Maintain high-frequency client contact online and in-person

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree complete
• Commercial profile and relationship skills
• Sales experience (preferred: new business prospecting)
• Interest in the investment market

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA-20 or CEA certification
• Knowledge of financial products (fixed income, equities, funds)
• Experience in other segments (payments, fintechs, etc.)
