You'll drive business development through partnerships with Financial Officers and agribusinesses, delivering leasing solutions to support rural communities. This role offers a hybrid work model with up to 50% remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage leasing programs for manufacturers and agribusinesses
• Track lease progress from application to funding and close
• Market leasing products and build new client relationships
• Educate lending team members on lease product advantages

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, agriculture, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in lending, agricultural credit, or sales
• Knowledge of leasing management policies and practices
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and financial applications

• Experience in fleet leasing management
• Proven client service and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Compeer lease terms
