  • Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with empathy
  • Assist users with billing, technical issues, and navigation
  • Review and validate creator applications for compliance
  • Monitor transactions to identify and prevent fraud

  • Proficiency with computers and web tools
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail for reviewing information
