- Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with empathy
- Assist users with billing, technical issues, and navigation
- Review and validate creator applications for compliance
- Monitor transactions to identify and prevent fraud

- Proficiency with computers and web tools
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail for reviewing information
