You'll own the technical vision and architecture for Olo's digital ordering platform, a leading SaaS solution for the restaurant industry. You'll mentor engineers, design large-scale systems, and lead cross-functional initiatives, making a lasting impact as the first Principal Engineer hire in Belfast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture and technology vision across multiple teams and domains
• Mentor staff engineers, tech leads, and senior engineers
• Lead design and implementation of critical, complex systems
• Partner with senior leadership to define technical roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in the .Net stack
• Mastery of distributed systems (event-driven, Kafka, microservices, Kubernetes)
