Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer, vendor, and government contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Act as a key liaison between departments to align agreements with business objectives while driving process improvements and optimizing the CLM system. This role is critical to supporting Ceribell's growth in the medical technology space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; corporate paralegal background preferred.
• 5-7+ years contracts management experience with ability to analyze complex legal concepts.
• Proven success managing multiple high-priority deals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high ethical standards.
• Preferred: healthcare industry experience negotiating with GPOs, IDNs, and large healthcare groups.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate customer, commercial, and strategic agreements including GPO, IDN, data privacy, and clinical study agreements.
• Advise Legal, Sales, and Operations on healthcare compliance issues and revenue recognition impacts.
• Tackle complex contract problems requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Optimize Ironclad CLM by automating workflows and improving template modularity.
• Develop and implement contract process improvements to streamline the quote-to-contract lifecycle.
