You will oversee Kepler's largest and most complex client partnership, leading a 100+ person team and managing 5-7 Director-level leaders. Your role combines executive client leadership with deep digital media expertise to drive business growth and develop innovative media strategies.

• Ability to translate complex media strategy into business impact
• Experience building trusted relationships within enterprise organizations
• Strong onsite presence and hands-on engagement to expand partnerships
• Proven track record of solving complex marketing challenges with innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for large enterprise client, accountable for satisfaction, performance, and growth
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships, including CMO and senior marketing stakeholders
• Lead development of integrated, full-funnel digital media strategies across multiple lines of business
• Oversee operations across 100+ person team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and high-quality execution
• Directly manage and develop 5-7 Director-level leaders
