💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end technical execution and integration for Autonomous Surface Vessel programs, bridging internal engineering with customer needs to ensure field readiness. You'll drive technical risk management and configuration control across design, build, and deployment. This role offers direct customer engagement in a mission-driven maritime autonomy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technical execution for ASV programs from design to field deployment
• Translate customer requirements into engineering deliverables and testable configurations
• Plan and oversee integration, testing, and on-water operations
• Manage technical risk, configuration, and documentation across teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, or related technical field
• 8+ years experience in technical program management or systems integration
• Proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams through build lifecycle
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, software, and autonomy integration principles

• Experience managing unmanned defense, maritime, or robotic systems
• Familiarity with naval readiness systems and logistics management
• Experience building sustainment and training infrastructures for new technologies
