💼 About This Role
You'll support day-to-day office operations and HR processes in our Westminster, CO office as part of the HR team. You'll ensure consistency and compliance with company policies while fostering a professional workplace. This is an onsite position reporting to the VP of HR.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary onsite HR and administrative support for the Colorado office.
- Manage office operations, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Support onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate travel booking and assist with full-cycle recruiting.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and office administration.
- Demonstrated ability to apply policies and procedures consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
✨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws like FMLA, ACA.
- Experience with benefits administration.
