π― What You'll Do
- Lead assembly operations through new model development and SOP.
- Drive root cause analysis and problem solving manufacturing issues.
- Manage resources to support lean project completion and cost improvements.
- Monitor launch curve attainment and establish PDCA for new programs.
π Requirements
- 8 years of automotive assembly experience
- 5 years in supervisory or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Experience with assembly tools, jigs, and fixtures in manufacturing
β¨ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of TPS, VPS, or Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience developing production systems and technology.
- Hands-on experience in pre-series builds and End of Line.
