You'll lead assembly operations from development through SOP for a rugged EV SUV at Scout Motors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead assembly operations through new model development and SOP.
• Drive root cause analysis and problem solving manufacturing issues.
• Manage resources to support lean project completion and cost improvements.
• Monitor launch curve attainment and establish PDCA for new programs.

📋 Requirements

• 8 years of automotive assembly experience
• 5 years in supervisory or leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Experience with assembly tools, jigs, and fixtures in manufacturing

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of TPS, VPS, or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience developing production systems and technology.
• Hands-on experience in pre-series builds and End of Line.
