You'll define the go-to-market motion, run experiments across channels, and partner with engineering to optimize conversion funnels. This role offers high autonomy and direct accountability for expanding national market share.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own growth strategy for a core provider category
  • Design and test new GTM motions across channels
  • Identify high-yield provider segments using data
  • Partner with engineering to improve conversion funnels

📋 Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in growth, product strategy, or business operations
  • Track record of launching or scaling new segments at a startup or high-growth company
  • Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate experiments across multiple growth channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
