You'll define the go-to-market motion, run experiments across channels, and partner with engineering to optimize conversion funnels. This role offers high autonomy and direct accountability for expanding national market share.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own growth strategy for a core provider category
- Design and test new GTM motions across channels
- Identify high-yield provider segments using data
- Partner with engineering to improve conversion funnels
📋 Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in growth, product strategy, or business operations
- Track record of launching or scaling new segments at a startup or high-growth company
- Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate experiments across multiple growth channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
