Description

You will lead and scale the operational backbone of Roku's Premium Subscriptions business, owning end-to-end operational health, building processes, and driving cross-functional alignment. You'll architect systems workflows, manage a team of two, and partner with leadership to translate strategy into operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale subscriptions operations including partner onboarding, price changes, plan launches, bundles, migrations, and deprecations
• Build and manage a team of two, fostering a high-performing culture of ownership and operational excellence
• Serve as strategic partner to Subscriptions leadership, owning preparation and facilitation of critical meetings and reviews
• Develop executive-ready materials for VP and C-Suite audiences, translating complex data into clear narratives
• Own the Subscriptions operating cadence including QBRs, monthly reviews, and planning cycles
