• Strong hunter mentality for passive candidate sourcing
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
• High EQ and business acumen

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales and leadership roles from sourcing to close
• Build pipelines and close top talent with a sales-driven approach
• Partner with executives and Area Leaders on hiring strategy
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Lead structured screens to assess performance and leadership capability
