🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, and chat
• Guide users through trading tools and multi-asset strategies
• Troubleshoot account management and trading activity issues
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or STEM
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing, finance, or technology role
• Understanding of financial instruments: stocks, options, futures, forex, crypto
• Comfortable navigating advanced desktop and mobile applications
