💼 About This Role

You'll join the Corporate Action team at XP Inc. to monitor and communicate relevant events for fixed-income securities in custody, focusing on creditor assemblies. Your core impact will be ensuring timely and accurate information flow to clients and representing creditor positions. This role offers direct involvement in capital markets governance and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate events in fixed-income securities to clients.
• Manage the end-to-end routine of creditor assemblies.
• Represent creditor positions in assemblies via proxy.
• Analyze and extract key points from issuance documents.

📋 Requirements

• Understand capital market issuances (especially CRI/CRA/Debêntures).
• Know roles of key agents (e.g., trustee, securitizer, issuer).
• Master creditor assembly timelines and procedures.
• Degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, or Law.
