Description

You will work on client-facing engagements at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, and security, helping organizations scale AI responsibly. You'll conduct technical reviews, develop risk assessments and governance frameworks, and build expertise in one of the fastest-growing consulting areas.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, IS, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field
• Working proficiency in Python and data science tooling (Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Foundational understanding of ML concepts and LLMs (tokenization, embeddings, attention, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of AI governance assessments using ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act
• Conduct technical reviews of client AI systems to identify governance gaps and security vulnerabilities
• Develop AI risk registers, control mappings, and maturity assessments
• Prepare client-facing deliverables: assessment reports, executive briefings, implementation roadmaps
• Contribute to practice development: build proprietary governance frameworks, tools, and thought leadership
