Description

You will ensure collateral documents are processed accurately and delivered to their end destination. You'll contact stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, maintain records, and support post-loan closing and servicing. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years administrative or data entry experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage and reconcile multiple information sources accurately
• Computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Process loan documentation corrections and identify missing paperwork
• Research and resolve discrepancies in loan documents
• Ensure perfected titles are received
• Provide internal customer service and respond to inquiries
