You'll oversee all phases of a major data center construction project as the on-site owner's representative. You'll manage the general contractor, sub-trades, budget, and schedule from groundbreaking through commissioning. This role offers stock options and 100% paid benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as on-site owner's rep for data center construction.
• Manage General Contractor and sub-trades.

• Lead daily/weekly project meetings and RFI process.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 10+ years managing complex construction projects.
• 5+ years in data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Deep understanding of commissioning processes (Levels 1-5).

• Proficiency with scheduling software like Primavera P6.
