💼 About This Role

You'll build and define our FP&A practice, acting as the bridge between data and direction. Your core impact will be empowering the company with clarity and confidence through financial modeling and strategic analysis. You'll partner with the VP of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while collaborating across all departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plan
• Build financial models for revenue growth, unit economics, and pricing
• Execute monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or audit
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
• Familiarity with BI tools or FP&A platforms (e.g., Adaptive, SQL)

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA, CPA, or similar credential
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, cohorts)
• Startup experience
