💼 About This Role

You'll join a B-Corp certified food manufacturer, maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. You'll ensure operational performance through preventive and reactive maintenance. This role offers $40.25-$45.25/hr and benefits from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Attend breakdown calls and perform minor repairs
• Assist outside contractors and ensure GMP compliance

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as maintenance technician/electrician
• Red Seal Millwright Mechanics or Electricians Ticket (433A, 442A, 309D)
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Experience with PLC, robotics, HMIs, and controls

• Working experience with vertical/horizontal wrappers, robotics pick and place
• Rigging and hoisting experience
• Machining skills using lathes, milling, drill press
