💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Vance and Warren counties. Your work will help clients remain at home while receiving rehabilitative care. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care activities.
• Document patient care using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in North Carolina.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA.
• Solid computer skills.

• Prior home care experience as an SLP.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
