💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts using advanced diagnostic tools. Your work ensures customer uptime and fleet reliability. You'll enjoy year-round OEM training and the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use laptops and tablets to create work orders and diagnose issues
• Assist in training of lower level technicians as needed
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, at least 21 years old
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of schematics and diagrams

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
