💼 About This Role

You'll drive full-cycle technical recruiting for AI and engineering roles while serving as the anchor of our Seattle office. You'll shape local employee experience and build a meaningful presence as we launch our next physical hub. This role combines recruiting and people operations for someone who wants to own both.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing to close
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for AI talent
• Partner with hiring managers and CTO to scope roles and build interview loops
• Manage Seattle office operations, vendor relationships, and events

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting AI talent (research scientists, ML engineers, etc.)
• ATS fluency with modern platforms (Lever a plus)
• Onsite commitment in Seattle 5 days per week

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a growth-stage AI company
• Background supporting a satellite office or distributed team
• Exposure to tools like Rippling or Pave
