Description

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to map processes, identify high-value AI opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions using platforms like n8n. You will design, build, and iterate AI solutions and automations to improve internal employee support outcomes, enabling teams to use AI effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in solutioning, business process improvement, or operations consulting.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into AI use cases with clear success metrics.
• Strong applied knowledge of AI and NLP (LLMs, RAG, GPTs, Copilot, MCP servers).
• Hands-on experience with n8n or comparable orchestration tools, Copilot Studio.
• Working knowledge of API integrations, JSON, basic coding/scripting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to map workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and iterate AI solutions and automations in n8n, Copilot Studio, etc.
• Work within internal processes and systems to ensure solutions fit real-world constraints.
• Collaborate with IT and Developers to overcome technical obstacles and scale solutions.
• Enable and upskill internal support teams to use AI effectively through coaching and playbooks.
