You'll join the World of Warships team to drive revenue performance through in-game monetization and live operations. You'll shape offers, events, and promotions that keep millions of players engaged in one of the industry's top live-service PC games. This role blends business analytics with game design impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive revenue KPIs through in-game events and promotions
• Plan live activities to boost player engagement and retention
• Analyze player behavior and monetization funnels for growth
• Collaborate with Game Design, Product, and Analytics teams

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of F2P game monetization principles
• Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets skills
• 3-5 years experience in LiveOps or product management
• Full-time office work in Belgrade

• A/B test analysis skills
• Russian language skills
