Requirements

• 8+ years experience administering enterprise IT systems and SaaS applications
• Strong knowledge of IAM, MDM, Mac OS and device lifecycle management
• Deep practical Jira administration experience
• Ability to automate and streamline workflows
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable automated IAM systems with self-service capabilities
• Automate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding workflows for access provisioning and de-provisioning
• Oversee network, device lifecycle management and AV conferencing solutions
• Implement proactive monitoring of IT systems for performance and security
• Drive corporate security initiatives including Zero Trust Access and EDR management
