💼 About This Role

You'll execute daily power supply and demand management tasks for Woven City's electricity retail business, ensuring stable and cost-effective supply through market trading on JEPX. This role bridges technical operations and customer service as we expand out-of-area sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily power supply and demand management activities
• Conduct electricity trading on JEPX (Spot, Intraday, etc.)
• Manage operational onboarding of new external customers
• Oversee billing calculation and payment reconciliation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in electricity supply and demand management
• Direct experience in JEPX actual trading (Spot/Intraday)
• Knowledge of Japanese electricity markets and regulations
• Business fluent Japanese (daily conversation English acceptable)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Energy Management System (EMS) software
• Experience in electricity retail operations (CIS, switching, billing)
• Ability to analyze customer load data and create reports
