You'll lead a district sales team in the Gulf Coast region for 10x Genomics, driving revenue and strategic objectives in the single cell and spatial biology space. Your core impact will be managing Account Executives, forecasting demand, and fostering collaboration across departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and monitor district business plan to meet revenue objectives
• Direct, support, and motivate district sales team to achieve targets
• Forecast and control selling expenses within budget
• Drive cross-departmental engagement and alignment on common goals

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Life Sciences
• 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in Life Science industry including capital equipment
• 3+ years of sales management experience in Life Science
• Experience in hiring, building, and leading high-performing sales teams

• MS in Life Sciences or PhD
• High-level relationship building skills
• Excellent written and oral English skills
