💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily operations of Laser, Punch, and panel bender machines to produce parts for Crusoe Fabricators. You'll ensure efficient, accurate production of high-quality components while interpreting blueprints and maintaining machinery. This role is crucial to our manufacturing process and offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines including laser, punch, and panel benders.
• Read and interpret blueprints to manufacture parts to specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and adjust programs as needed.
• Conduct daily maintenance and replace tooling as required.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of CNC operator or machinist experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Must pass a background check.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certificate in Machine Technology or CNC Operations.
• Experience with shear and brake press.
• Laser and punch experience.
