Description

You will lead technical vision and execution for complex, cross-product initiatives, building scalable backend systems and distributed architectures that power Impiricus's AI-driven healthcare engagement platform. You'll partner with product and design to translate business needs into high-quality solutions and mentor engineers across teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with backend architecture
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, or TypeScript
• Expert in microservices, RESTful APIs, distributed architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of backend-heavy full-stack systems
• Build and ship complex product features hands-on
• Own architecture and technical direction for cross-team initiatives
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into solutions
• Establish engineering standards for reliability, performance, security, and observability
