You'll own end-to-end design of complex customer solutions built on a social media management platform, focusing on integrations and workflows. You'll act as the bridge between customer-facing teams and Product/Tech, translating client needs into robust technical architectures. This role offers flexible remote work within the UK or Luxembourg.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in strategic client meetings and discovery workshops.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging core platform capabilities and integrations.
• Translate complex integration requirements into value-oriented solution designs.
• Produce architecture artefacts: blueprints, diagrams, and configuration guides.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive years in a Solutions Architect or similar role in SaaS.
• Strong experience with integration-heavy solutions involving APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with CRM, contact centre, or marketing automation tools.
• Solid understanding of modern web and SaaS architectures like REST and OAuth.
