💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end deployments of frontier models for strategic customers, owning system design, build, and production rollout. You'll measure success through adoption and workflow impact, feeding insights back to Research and Product. This role requires travel up to 50% and is based in Sydney with a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to production.
• Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and sharpen learning.
• Embed with customer teams to understand needs and guide adoption.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work.
• Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
• Write and review production-grade code across frontend and backend using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks.
• Built or deployed systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
