💼 About This Role

You'll support the KYC Operations team in Berlin, assisting with customer onboarding and due diligence while ensuring compliance with AML regulations. You'll gain hands-on experience in combating crime and fraud within a fast-growing FinTech scale-up. This role offers mentorship from seasoned professionals from top payments companies and banks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in customer onboarding and perform it independently under guidance.
• Collect and verify customer information for AML compliance.
• Review documents, identification records, and financial statements.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.

📋 Requirements

• Interest or initial experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in regulated Banking or FinTech.
• Fluent in German (B2) and English (B2).
• Clear and collaborative communication skills.
• Attention to detail in data analysis and documentation.

📨 Hiring Process
